To connect to your Subversion, Mercurial, Git or Microsoft Team Foundation Server source code repository, you must fill the following form.
If you're creating a new project, you'll be shown this form right after entering the basic details of the project. If you want to edit SCM configuration for an existing project, you can do so from the
Dashboard, using the project's
Actions menu and selecting the
Edit project menu item.

- Specify the type of source code repository you're using (also have a look at how to isolate your repo for better data privacy)
- Write the full URL and path of the project data in the repository
- (Optional) Uncheck the Do not store credentials checkbox if you want to store repository access credentials
- (Optional) Enter the repository access credentials (user name and password or SSH private key, depending on the repository you're using and how it's configured)
- (Optional) Test the validity of the connection with the Test connection button
- Click the Save button and if everything is fine you'll be back to the Dashboard.
